Raw materials: coal( known as blue charcoal) , less than 5mm;

Production Capacity: 5-6tph;

Final Briquettes size: 50mm round;

Equipment List and Explain:

1. raw materials hopper: raw materials will be feed into hopper by forklift;

2. hammer crusher: actually, hammer crusher is one of key equipment for this kinds of coal briquettes plant production line, the press machine will be block and stop by coal dust mixed with binders if there is no hammer crusher here,even the coal dust is less than 5mm;

3. powder starch feeder: corn starch and bentonite are used as binders for this coal briquettes, so two sets binders feeder are assembled here. The quantity of binders will be controlled by the speed of screw conveyor;

4. double shaft mixer, mix binders and coal and water evenly here;

5. silo for coal mixed with water and starch, which is used for temporary storage here to control the feed quantity for briquette press;

6. coal briquettes press machine, new connection rollers are assembled here to help the plant save running cost;

7. chain plate dryer, new R&D by DMSMAC assembled with new chain plate and new hot air inlet and moisture outlet route, production capacity can be extended easy, meanwhile, we assembled the conveyor at last layer used to conveyor out the dust generated during the drying process.
