Photovoltaic panel recycling plant
TURN-KEY PLANT FOR THE SHREDDING OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
RECYCLING OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
Total recovery of all materials
FOR REC plants for the treatment of photovoltaic panels have been developed to efficiently and sustainably manage the end of life of the panels themselves.
The process is divided into different separation phases, which allow the recovery of valuable materials such as aluminum, glass, silicon, and EVA, minimizing non-recoverable waste.
The treatment line is modular and customizable, designed to adapt to various plant configurations and different volumes of material to be processed.
COMPLETE TREATMENT OF PHOTOVOLTAIC PANELS
OPTIMAL SEPARATION OF MATERIALS
The stages of the production cycle for the treatment of photovoltaic panels include:
- Initial opening phase using the LC shredder, which enables the opening of the panel.
- Material shredding with the TQ four-shaft shredder, which reduces the material to a controlled size to ensure proper separation in the following phases.
- Grinding and refining through the MC vertical mill, which performs additional cleaning and improves material quality, optimizing process efficiency.
- Final separation through circular vibrating screens, eddy current systems and electrostatic separators, to obtain a clean output that can be recovered as secondary raw material.
PROCESS OUTPUT
HIGH‑VALUE MATERIALS READY FOR REUSE
At the end of the treatment process, the FOR REC plant allows a series of perfectly separated outputs to be obtained, ready to be reused as secondary raw materials. The quality of the separation makes it possible to recover high value-added fractions such as:
- aluminum
- glass
- silicon
- plastic/EVA fraction.
Each material is extracted using dedicated technologies that ensure purity and consistency of the final product, while minimizing non-recoverable waste.
The outputs generated by FOR REC systems highlight the high level of cleanliness and precision of the process: a result that maximizes the value of recovery and supports a production model fully oriented towards the circular economy.
