Surge Bunker

Surge Bunker, also known as Buffer silo, cache silo, transfer silo, is a key equipment in large-scale continuous production lines. It is a core key equipment used to temporarily store materials and adjust the continuity of the production process;

Its core functions include:

1. Material buffer: temporarily store materials output from upstream equipment to avoid production interruptions due to supply fluctuations or downstream equipment shutdown;
2. Flow balance: through frequency conversion control or mechanical gates, provide uniform and stable material flow to packaging machines, conveyors and other equipment to ensure consistent production rhythm;

Buffer protection: when the equipment is under maintenance or fails, the material is closed through the bottom gate to prevent leakage or waste;
