Why you need to confirm above information?

First:Raw materials detailed name & description--Request forming pressure is not same,  there are many kinds of type press machine suitable for different kinds of materials; meanwhile, rollers materials are not same also, service life will be different for different kinds of raw materials;

Second:Raw materials size-- different kinds of rollers request different size that not means the smaller feeding size is best choice. Normally we request the feeding size as follows:

Less than 1mm , shall be around 30-40%;

1-2mm, shall be around 30-40%;

3-5mm shall be less than 10%.

The fines will be filled into the dust space during the press process, which will be ensure the briquettes hardness after pressing.

But for dry powder rollers press machine, the feeding size shall be 0.2-1mm which is suitable for dry powder briquettes press machine.
