Dryer system

Wet materials give all the plant much trouble, because of high moisture content. Must dry it first before the flow chart,based on client request, we R&D rotary drum dryer for different kinds of materials with different moisture content. There is signle layer rotary drum dryer and three layer rotary drum dryer; Which can be used in food, feed, fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceutical, mining industries, there is direct heating model hot blast stove, indirect hot blast stove, heat conduction oil, electric heating, steam, etc. This dryer is suitable for drying the material with moisture less than 65%.

Following the resource scarcity, make full use current resource and recycle the waste materials from the currect plant, briquettes press system are widely welcomed.  Traditional wet type press sytem will prodcue plenty of wet briquettes, which is not easy to storage and transport , can not meet the next process technology request. So drying there briquettes is very important. So we R&D the final briquettes dryer for different application: charcoal briquettes dryer, coal briquettes dryer and mineral briquettes dryer also. It can be named mesh belt dryer/chain plate dryer/vertical dryer also. Final dried briquettes moisture can be less 1%, and greatly extend the final briquettes hardness also.
