Coal Briquettes Dryer

Application: Various wet coal briquettes drying purpose, such as coke briquettes/lignite briquettes/steam coal briquettes/anthracite briquettes/graphite briquettes/carbon black and so on. Input wet briquettes moisture less than 25% and final dried briquettes moisture can be less than 1%. Coal briquettes Dryer is widely assembled at coal briquettes plant with output less than 50 tph.

Working Principle:

The briquettes will be feed into the dryer from the feeding port(at top of dryer head), and briquettes will following the chain plate running. Meanwhile, the fan will pump the hot air from stove(supply the hot by fire the fuel such as coal/charcoal/wood/gas/oil and so on.). During the briquettes movement, the hot air will pass the briquettes and heat them to evaporate the moisture inside the briquettes, until dried as request.
