Double Stage Crusher

Double stage crusher has two chambers. There are two rotors work at same time, and reach to grinded material purpose. The final crushed material fineness is more uniform, and capacity can improve 50%, so it is named double-stage crusher. Double stage crusher is designed without screen mesh, and ask free moisture content, so eliminate the block problem in process. Widely used for sand making production line, coal dust grinding system and metallurgy industry.

Working Principle: 

The two rotors with hammer is driven by two sets motor directly with high speed, the materials will be impacted again and again during the drop proce, meanwhile hammer head cross arrangement to guarantee materials into crusher is impact many times until to discharge. Hammer is made from the high manganese steel , intensity and caprice are good enough for longer service life. Hydraulic system assembled for hammer replacement purpose.
