Working Principle:

Raw materials will be load into the furnace by screw conveyor and screw feeder, after the pre-heating process, charcoal making process, cooling device, and then to get the charcoal dust; Meanwhile, the smoke generated the process will be recycled to heat the furnace again to save fuel and ensure the smoke free.
